The data controller needs to provide a reply to all requests relating to subject rights within one month from receipt.

This can be extended by two months where the request is complex, or you receive several requests from the same applicant. If this is the case, the Data Subject will be informed of the delay within one month of the receipt of the request and the data controller will explain to them why the extension is necessary. The data controller will keep the applicant up to date with the progress in any case of delay.

The data controller will calculate the time limit from the day after we receive the request (whether the day after is a working day or not) until the corresponding calendar date in the next month.
